The Nila customer service process starts when you call to place an order. Your first point of contact will be with one of our highly trained order processing staff. Simply give the names or references to the products required and leave the rest to us.
For your assurance and for training purposes, all telephone conversations are recorded.
This provides us with a fail safe back-up system to double check orders and eliminate errors.
We also operate a customer call back policy to give you added peace of mind and to inform you should any of your requested items be out of stock. Not surprisingly, any items that can’t be included in your initial order will be delivered to you separately as soon as they become available.
The Nila delivery process is seamless. Our order processing systems are linked directly to our accounts department and warehouses which allows us to cross-reference orders from any point in the process.
