Our minimum order value as of the 5^th October 2010 is £60.00.   Our days of delivery are Monday to Friday. 

(We do not deliver on weekends or Bank Holidays).

Telephone orders:

To place an order, please call our experienced team on 020 8744 7700 between the hours of 8.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday for next day delivery.   From 5pm Friday to 5pm Sunday, there is an answer phone service available for deliveries for Monday.  Please quote your account reference when calling.

Email and Online orders:

Orders received before 4:30pm Sunday to Thursday will be delivered the following day.  Orders received after 4:30pm Thursday and before 4:30pm Sunday, will be delivered on Monday.   Any orders received outside of these times will be delivered on the next available delivery date.

Voicemail orders:

We operate an answer machine service from the hours of 5pm through to 8am, Monday to Thursday.  Orders placed during this period will be delivered next day.  Order placed from 5pm Friday to 5pm Sunday, will be delivered on Monday.  Our lines are closed from 5pm Sunday till 8am Monday.  

Late orders are subject to stock availability and cannot be guaranteed.
