At Nila we are continually looking at ways of improving our service to our loyal customers. We understand how important a reliable delivery service is to your business and also the need for a fast, friendly and informative customer focussed team, that’ s why we pride ourselves with stating “We Care More” Our whole business revolves around you, our customers!

The Nila customer service process starts when you think about placing your order. A lot of thought has gone into making placing your order a pleasant experience from start through to finish. This begins with the structure of our product catalogue, special offer brochures and our website. Each one is designed with the customer in mind, to ensure you find what you need, when you need it.

When calling through your order, you will be greeted by one of our highly trained order processing staff who will be glad to assist you. Simply give them the name of the product or the product reference and they’ll add your required quantity to your order. Don’t forget to ask about our special deals!

If a product happens to be out of stock at the time of ordering, we operate a customer call back policy to inform you when it becomes available again, just ask to be notified and we’ll do the rest. Any items that cannot be included in your initial order will be delivered to you separately as soon as they are available.  Our days of delivery are Monday to Friday (we do not deliver weekends or bank holidays)
